Vanessa Bergstreser is a Family Nurse Practitioner new to our clinic. She attained her MSN-FNP at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Vanessa is also certified as an Adult and Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.

Michael earned his Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He is addressing our patients' mental health and substacne use needs.
Jacquita Jordan, DNP, FNP-BC, AGAC-NP, PMHNP
Jacquita earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at University of South Alabama. She focuses on individualized and holistic care. Her goal is to meet the patient where they are at to help meet their health care goals.

Shannon earned her Master of Scienece in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice. She is seeing patients of all ages for preventative, acute and chronic care needs.
